Part 1 took place on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm ET and covered the main reasons to hold life insurance in a corporation and relating planning issues, the general tax rules governing corporate-owned life insurance, policy transfer rules and charitable donation strategies.

Part 2 took place on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm ET and discussed more complex planning arrangements involving corporate-owned life insurance including buy-sell agreements, shareholder benefit issues, and leveraged insurance strategies.
